Animals
With the exception of Seeing Eye dogs or other animal assistants to the physically challenged, animals are not permitted into the ballpark.

ATM
An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is available for use in the Diamond Jaxx Clubhouse Store.

Automatic Ejection
Any fan caught running or throwing objects onto the field will be automatically ejected from Pringles Park. No exceptions!

Cameras
Cameras (including video cameras) are welcome into the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the other customers enjoying the game.

Clubhouse Store Exchanges
Even exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. No refunds will be given for purchases in store or online.

Food and Drink
Southern League rules prohibit any food and drink from being brought into Pringles Park.

Gates Open
Gates open one hour before the scheduled start of each game.

Handicapped Seating
There are designated seats and spaces at Pringles Park for handicapped persons.

Jaxx Coins
Jaxx Coins are available in the Diamond Jaxx Box Office in increments of $5, $10, and $25. Jaxx Coins can be used anywhere in the ballpark.

Parking
Parking at Pringles Park is free. Handicapped parking is available.

Rain Check
Tickets for a cancelled game (whether suspended or rained out) may be exchanged for a future regular season game based on availability. Exact seating exchanges are not guaranteed, however, management will use its best effort to issue comparable tickets. A game is official after five (5) complete innings or 4 1/2 innings if the Diamond Jaxx are leading. Rain checks are redeemed for equal value or less only, and seating will be assigned upon availability. Also, there will be NO rain checks given for complimentary tickets. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. NO REFUNDS!

Searching of Bags
To protect the safety and security of Pringles Park, the Diamond Jaxx reserve the right to inspect all bags and other items carried into the ballpark.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the seating area of Pringles Park; however, smoking customers can smoke in designated areas.

Tryouts
All player tryouts and signing is handled by the Seattle Mariners.

Will Call
The "Will Call" window is window #4 of the Pringles Park Box Office. It is located just to the left of the main entrance gates of Pringles Park.
